He started his own business of Stock Broking by becoming member of BSE in the name and style of M/s. Latin Manharlal.

1998 onwards
In the year 1998, he has promoted a Company in the name of Latin Manharlal Securities Pvt. Ltd. The goodwill of the company had grown manifolds and enabled him to buy another BSE membership in 1999 thereby, joining the prestigious club of few brokers having two components. In composite corporate membership. The graph continues to rise and became a member of NSE as well, in the year 2000.
