- Fill up a KYC (Know Your Collector) form giving us complete details of telephone numbers, e-mail id etc as this helps us to communicate with you and understand your needs better.
- Mail along with the KYC Form a Cheque/ Demand Draft made out in favour of ‘Copal Art Private Limited’ for 25% of the total amount which you intend to invest.
- You, of course, have the option to send upfront the full amount of your investment.
- On receipt of the payment, we shall despatch to you a ‘Suggestive Portfolio’ within 15 working days. A Suggestive Portfolio will contain, interalia, artist information, price, size and the medium of the artworks.
- The  Purchase Price listed in the suggestive portfolio is exclusive of duties, taxes, insurance, shipping and handling and any other excess charges.
- You have 10 working days from the receipt of the portfolio within which you are expected to sign and convey acceptance of the portfolio  to us.
- The Artworks so allocated to you as per terms aforesaid, Â shall be reserved for you for 90 days from receipt of acceptance, within which you have to pay the balance payment
- in the event you do not approve of the portfolio you should inform us so that a 2nd or 3rd Suggestive Portfolio can be constructed out for you.
- On receipt of full and final payment,we shall dispatch the artworks through road courier to you .
- Please note that the sale of the Artworks by Copal, are governed by the Sale of Goods Act. Please refer to the terms enumerated in the Conditions of  Sale.
