No person has been authorized to make representations or to give any information with respect hereto, other than the information contained in the Website. The prospective Art Collectors should keep in mind that some phrases and expression included in the Website differ, materially from actual results due to uncertainties associated with such statements.
The Website also contains a summary of the constitution of Copal and certain other documents referred to herein. The summary set forth herein does not purport to be complete and should be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions of purchase, which should be reviewed for complete information concerning the rights, privileges and obligations of the Art Collectors.
