Artist S. H. Raza travelled all the way from Paris, to launch Mr. Ashok Vajpeyi’s new book of poems, ‘Dukh Chitthirasa Hai’ and ‘Eternity Takes Time’. He also joined Copal, the art fraternity and friends and family in the celebrations of Mr. Ashok Vajpeyi’s 67th birthday, at a glittering function organised at the Viceregal Hall, Claridges Hotel, New Delhi on 16th January 2008. Mirror-works etched with a short poem dedicated to Mr. Ashok Vajpeyi were exhibited by artists Siraj Saxena, Mohan Malviya, Hukumlal Varma and Amit Gupta.
